Activities and facilities available at this centre:

• 25 meter main pool (0.9 to 1.8 meters deep)
• separate toddler area (0.6 meters deep)
• fitness suite with Pulse fitness equipment
• all weather pitch
• fully accessible for disabled with separate disabled changing room
• family friendly changing with baby changing facilities and playpens
• intensive swimming lessons available most holiday periods – excluding Christmas (see pool timetable)

Fitness equipment may vary between the different centres, an induction may be required and no access for under 16s.

Opening times

• Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm (opens at 11am on Monday only)
• Saturday 8am to 3pm (available for private hire 3pm to 6pm)
• Sunday 9am to 5pm
